Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

You can return any of our products ordered within 14 days of delivery for a refund. email: sales@burmastarfoods.com

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned unused with tamper seal not broken and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We kindly ask you to consider this before initiating a return.

Damages & issues:

Upon receiving your order; please inspect the products and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return please email: sales@burmastarfoods.com

Please provide photograph evidence via email of damage to product/packaging clearly as required by our courier service(s)

 

Refunds:

Once we have received, inspected and accepted your return. We will issue your refund to your original payment method within 24hrs of accepting your return. Please be aware this can take 3 - 5 business days to reach your method of payment.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email: sales@burmastarfoods.com If your order has not yet dispatched we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 24hrs of cancellation notice. Please be aware this can take 3 - 5 business days to reach your method of payment.

If your order has already dispatched and is with our courier service. We can partially refund your order excluding postage paid amount as shown on your order confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once with the courier, your order delivery may still be attempted; YOU MUST REFUSE THE PARCEL. If you accept the delivery of your cancelled order, you will then be responsible for return shipping costs of your cancelled order.
